As first time home buyers, our only knowledge of the home buying process came from watching HGTV. We had moved across the country, so we didn't have our parents nearby to help either. Bernie answered all our questions, day or night, and helped us feel comfortable. She also helped us with the mortgage process, walk throughs, and closing. She was very honest with all of her advice and answers. We would definitely use Bernie again if needed!
